Laura Bachman

“Whether I am creating the perfect chocolate truffle or an apartment project, I am passionate about starting with multiple raw ingredients and ending up with a delicious useful result”

After decades of working in commercial real estate development and financing, Laura Bachman decided to strike out on her own. Laura knows every facet of the development process, from project acquisition to marketing and lease-up, and she has worked in property financing, real estate investment, and hands-on project management across the city.

Every neighborhood in Seattle features at least one project on which Laura has worked, and she has been an engaged Seattle resident since 1987. She’s a Board Member and Chair of the Resource Development Committee for the Metrocenter YMCA, and she is an active supporter of the Plymouth Housing Group, an organization that combats homelessness in Seattle.

Her passion is evident in every project she touches, and she is well-respected in the commercial real estate industry for her leadership and her talent.
